Frozen Coffee
This is truly one of the easiest frozen coffee recipes with instant coffee! All you need is three ingredients and a blender. This iced coffee recipe makes a smooth and delicious treat, and is endlessly customizable depending on what type of milk and sweetener you use! I imagine you can make it with brewed coffee instead of instant coffee, but it’s almost 120 degrees fahrenheit here in Phoenix and I refuse to turn on any appliance that will add more heat into my home!
For this version, we are using my homemade Toasted Macadamia Nut Orgeat which you can order here. We are also using coconut milk because what is a better pairing than macadamia and coconut?!
Frozen coffee and iced coffee may seem like the same thing, but they are not. This is also not a coffee milkshake - it is thicker than iced coffee, smoother than a frappuccino, and costs pennies compared to what you might find at Starbucks.
FROZEN COFFEE
1 tsp Instant Coffee (I used the Foldgers single serve packs)
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Ice
2oz Macadamia Syrup
Add all of your ingredients to a blender or nutribullet and blend for 30 seconds. Add to a tall glass and poof…escape the heat with this delicious frozen coffee recipe!
