Whiskey Fondue

WHISKEY FONDUE
1⁄4 cup Butter
1⁄4 cup Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1 tsp Salt
1⁄2 tsp Nutmeg
1⁄2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 pinch Cayenne
1⁄2 cup Rye
16 oz Gruyere, grated
8 oz Emmentaler, grated
In a large heavy skillet over medium heat, make a rue with the butter, flour, and cream.
Whisk in dry spices, Worcestershire, and whiskey. Then, working in batches, stir grated cheese into the mixture until fully melted.
