Lavender Lemonade

Lavender lovers, this one is for you. Savidge Kitchen Lavender Syrup is light and floral, with hints of vanilla to round it out. If you want to get a little more “crafty” with this cocktail, I reccomend adding 1/5 ounce of Creme De Violette. Adds a beautiful dimension to an already lovely cocktail!


1.5oz Empress Gin (any gin will do, I just enjoy Empress for both the color and flavor)

1oz Lemon Juice

.5oz Lavender Syrup


Shake over ice, strain into your favorite coupe, and enjoy!


If you are making a large batch of this for a crowd, I recommend the following ratios: Equal parts gin, water, then half part lemon juice, and quarter part syrup (or more, to taste). This slightly diluted version is great to make in advance and store in the fridge. Then serve in a chilled glass or over ice!
