September Sangria

September Sangria… the perfect sip to enjoy the final rays of summer while still getting a little bit of that autumn vibe. 🌞🍂

It’s also the perfect way to enjoy our Gingersnap Syrup. Pretty sure even @kostalguitars would love this sangria simply for the fact that his very own Gingersnap syrup is featured 🫚🫰 But shhhhh, I’ll let you in on a secret: This is also wonderful with our Chai Spice Syrup

To make, cut some some of your favorite late summer fruits, and add them to a pitcher. I used white peaches, black plums, and apples. Then slice up a big hunk of fresh ginger, and half a lemon. Squeeze the other half into the pitcher with the cut fruit. Add:

  • 1 bottle dry white wine (I used a Sauv Blanc)

  • 1/4 cup Orange Liqueur

  • 1/4 cup Cognac

  • 1/3 cup Gingersnap Syrup or Chai Spiced Syrup

  • 1 cup sparkling water (I used Topo Chico)

Stir and let in the fridge for about 30 min before serving. Pour over crushed ice and enjoy these few more moments of sunshine☀️
