Rogue Peach Vodka Cocktail

Incoming! New Vodka Cocktail Recipe! This Rogue Peach cocktail uses, you guessed it, Peaches and St.Germain. The peach in this drink really brings out the flavors of summer - paired with the St.Germain and poof…a little slice of heaven!

Now, not everyone has St.Germain in their liquor cabinet. “What can I do then?” -  Go to my Drizly link here and order a bottle, STAT. It’s literally so amazing and you can use it in all kinds of drinks, However, if ordering online isn’t an option for you, you can make it without, or substitute another floral liqueur (Creme de Violet for example). 

ROGUE PEACH VODAK COCKTAIL

  • 2oz Vodka

  • 1oz St Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)

  • 1oz Peach Simple Syrup (Learn how to make your own infused simple syrup here!)

  • 1/2 Of a Lemon (Squeezed) 

  • 2oz Mineral Water/Club Soda

  • 1 Peach

Grab a mixing glass and add ice to it. Add in all of the ingredients (minus the soda water and peach) and stir it all together! Cut three slices of peach and add it to a fresh glass. Muddle the peach to get some of the juices out and add fresh ice to the glass. Next, pour your soda water in to the cocktail glass and strain the drink into the glass. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and enjoy! Cheers friends!
