Bourbon Peach Iced Tea
Bourbon Peach Iced Tea might sound like heaven... it kind of is. This is a winner for unique summer cocktails if there ever was one. Take your favorite whisky, rye or bourbon, combine it with iced tea, add in peach simple syrup, spice it up with a bit of lemon and mint, and you just became the hero that every summer needs.
2oz Bourbon or Whiskey of your choice
1oz Peach Simple Syrup
6oz Iced Tea
squeeze 1/2 lemon
mint & fresh peach for garnish
PS- Yes, I know. Tin Cup Whiskey technically isn't bourbon. The only thing that matters here is that it's technically delicious. Sweet enough for your grandpa, strong enough for your nana. I'll use it for a bourbon cocktail anytime ;)
