Chartreuse & Gin Cocktail

Are you ready for Pink Drinks? It’s that time of year again - love is in the air and cocktails are pink! Valentine’s Day cocktails are always fun, but really, these pretty pink cocktails are delightful no matter the occasion. 

This drink includes one of my favorite spirits - Yellow Chartreuse! And in this cocktail, it is oh so good! If you are someone who loves Gin, or wants to be introduced to Gin, then this cocktail is for you!

PINK GIN COCKTAIL

  • 1oz of Gin (Could also try a citrus forward Gin!)

  • 1.5oz of Pomegranate Juice

  • 0.5oz Carpano Antica Sweet Red Vermouth 

  • 1.5oz of Yellow Chartreuse 


Add ice to a tall mixing glass and put all ingredients together. Pour into a coup glass and garnish with a chocolate covered orange slice (you can find the recipe here). Aside from being absolutely delicious, this cocktail is balanced and light - it has just the right amount of everything!
